Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully recorded.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for metropolitan areas

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping to remote areas may require additional transit time. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and total order weight. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes using express or overnight shipping methods. For PO box deliveries, please select standard shipping only.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For ongoing delivery problems, contact our customer service team within 7 days of expected delivery.

Special Considerations
Additional handling time may be required during holiday periods and promotional events. We recommend placing orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.
